This used to be my go-to company for shoes, sandals, and boots, but not anymore. How can a company sell shoes with a lifetime warranty on the sole, only to change their policy after you’ve already made the purchase? Now, even for shoes bought before the policy change, they only offer a one-year warranty. That’s absolutely absurd. It’s like buying a car with a three-year warranty, and then a year later, the company tells you, “We’ve changed our policy, and your warranty is now only one year.”
I sent them my shoes, but never received any updates or information about what happened. On top of that, I’ve noticed the quality of their products has deteriorated over the years—whether it’s changes in factories, materials, or something else, I’m not sure. I also think the design has suffered.
It’s really disappointing to see a well-established company go downhill, especially if it’s due to new management that seems to care more about profits than about their customers. They seem to forget that it’s the customers who keep the...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ecco store at Jersey Garden Mall, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and their professionalism and positive attitude truly set them apart.
Not only were the employees friendly and engaging, but they also had a deep understanding of the brand and the products they were selling. Their expertise made it easy to find the perfect pair of shoes, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice.
Of course, the quality of the shoes themselves speaks for itself. Ecco is known for crafting durable, stylish footwear that is both comfortable and functional. I've worn my new shoes for a few weeks now and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
Overall, I highly recommend the Ecco store at Jersey Garden Mall. The exceptional customer service and high-quality products make it a standout destination for anyone in need of a new pair of shoes. Thank you to the staff for making my shopping experience...
Read moreEcco return policy is straight garbage, same as their product quality, I bought 4 pairs of Ecco shoes online on black friday, they were all super narrow for my wide American foot which wasnt a problem with other shoes I wore lately, so I decided to return them. Option1: Good old shipping, Policy states, shipping cost is not covered and there is a $10 charge per pair of shoes. I checked, shipping via USPS is $70 dollars and return fee is $40 since I got 4 pairs. So that's 110$ dollars lost to do a return, something that any decent store usually does absolutely free.
Option 2: Return in person, closest store is 1 hour away, I decided to bite the bullet, but they have a 2 pair policy per day and I got 4 pairs!!! Which means I have to drive there and back twice, wasting 4 hours of my life.
So now I got to make a choice, spend 4 hours in traffic wasting my time and gas or spend 110$ to ship that garbage back. Truly insane, wish I never made that purchase. Shoes are complete trash...
