I recently had a horrible experience with Kohension. It use to be my favorite store until I bought a pair of shoes on my birthday & thank god I wore them inside the house for a party because the heel broke within a few hours. Came back the next day to exchange because it's not right that I spent my money on a defective item & they will not exchange them. The district manager had the nerve to say it isn't Loui Voutin. My friends and I entered this store location at Jersey gardens mall after going through several stores. I eventally found a dress but I needed a smaller size. I asked one of the store associates to switch out the dress I tried on for the one on display. When I was told that I could not have the one on display I asked for the manager. The associate responded I am the manager that is why I told you no. I walked out of the store without the dress and your store lost a sale. I went to kohesion on 7/16, overall I found all the clothes very good and at a reasonable price. I needed help finding a dress and had to go near the fitting to get help. And the manger was rude and unprofessional. I was waiting by the register for 10 minutes and no cashier came. Once she did come she was speaking to someone else on the phone.
