I can’t say enough amazing things about this Pottery Barn Outlet! Every visit is a fantastic experience thanks to the incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The managers are always attentive and welcoming, and the whole team goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.

Special shoutout to Kinga and Thais — they are absolute stars! Kinga is not only incredibly helpful and stylish, but also SO much fun to chat with. She brings such great energy to the store and always makes my visits feel like I’m shopping with a friend. Thais is just as wonderful — positive, energetic, and always ready to assist with a smile. The two of them make a great team and genuinely elevate the shopping experience. Their customer service is exceptional and makes shopping here a real pleasure.

I’ve scored so many amazing pieces for my home at unbeatable prices — including a stunning king Cayman bed, matching nightstands, lamps, curtains, a gorgeous coffee table, and a media console table that ties my space together beautifully. The selection is always fresh, and the deals are seriously impressive.

Also, huge appreciation for the guys at the loading dock — they’re incredibly careful and thorough when loading purchases into your car. It’s clear they take pride in ensuring your items are transported safely, which is such a relief when you’re buying larger pieces.

I recently visited the Pottery Barn Outlet and, unfortunately, had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this location was not well-managed. The store was in complete disarray, with items haphazardly strewn about and no apparent organization. Navigating through the aisles was difficult due to the clutter, making the shopping experience frustrating and unpleasant.

The condition of the merchandise was another major issue. Almost every piece I came across was damaged in some way—scratches, dents, or missing parts were commonplace. It was disheartening to see such poor-quality items being offered for sale, even at outlet prices. It’s clear that little to no care is taken in inspecting or maintaining the goods here.

To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. Staff members were either nowhere to be found or completely unhelpful when approached. My attempts to get assistance were met with indifference, and it was clear that the employees had little interest in helping customers or addressing concerns. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking for a store under the Pottery Barn name.

Overall, this Pottery Barn Outlet was a huge letdown. The combination of terrible customer service, a messy environment, and damaged goods made for a regrettable shopping experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and money and...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM “MANAGER” THAIS!!!!!! What was supposed to be a happy order pick up turned into a yelling match at her employees. We came to pick up a few items with a U-HAUL - they staffed one employee at the dock, Malachi, who was absolutely a delight! He helped my brother in law load the truck w/ no worries & was all hands on deck. Thais claimed to help but instead stood there to direct the truck to back up w/ an attitude. In the process of helping us, she then stated loudly to her two employees Ayana, and Malachi infront of customers clapping her hands, “Listen here. I don’t have time I have a very busy day today. I have schedules to do I can’t stand here and tell y'all what you should get!” She then continued to say there was only one employee staffed at the dock (Malachi) and that she was trying to help him. Which she wasn’t much help.. because she stood there and did nothing. She should not be allowed to speak to her employees in that manner infront of customers. One of the main pillars in retail is to provide exceptional customer service. Pottery Barn should not have her as a manager, if she cannot speak to people with humanity and respect.
