Overall really disappointing experience. Paid over 300$ for a birthday party there for my son. Whole the toys were fun 3 babies are all now sick with the same stomach bug following the party. The bathrooms are not set up with good privacy for adults or children. It was extremely hot in there. We were not given any kind of clear instructions on what we could bring in. I called the morning of to ask what time we could set up and we were told at the start of the party which no big deal had we been told at the time of booking I would have modified. I also booked in September because of a promotion that included free balloons and never got those. Staff shammed a part whose child had an accident and did not clean it up very well. It was wildly hot in there and overall just disappointing. Save your money and invest local into a company that cares and go to valley play instead. Lesson learned especially where they jacked up the pricing. Definitely no where near worth...
Read moreWhat a gem! My 3 YO absolutely loves this place. We have been twice and asked every other day if we can go, lol. Great downtown location. It reminds me of a play cafe without the food. They have a ton of different play zones- a sensory area (baby/toddler friendly), grocery market, pizza place, bakery/coffee shop, sandbox, train table, builder station with dump truck, car garage, vet center, and baby/house. Everything is cleaned and organized for the next play group. Sessions are 1.5 hours and $15. Staff are incredibly sweet and even played with the kids. And at the end they give the kids a snack. We will also def be using for bday parties. Socks are a requirement, althoufh they (and I) reccomend littles wear grippy socks as the floors are concrete.
I have 2 recommendations. 1) some sort of stamp or bracelet system to secure who children can leave with, similar to chuckee cheese. And 2) espresso/coffee bar for the...
Read moreSuper fun! I took my one year old today and she had a blast with the shopping carts. Overall a great experience and the staff member was kind and helpful!
I have one other comment to add and this is meant to be constructive; not at all meant to be negative in any way! I am very sensitive to smells and the fabuloso overwhelmed my system. I think either it may need to be way more diluted or replaced with something non fragranced. I left with a headache and irritated throat from the intense fragrance so I canât imagine how the littles feel! We left and my girl was chugging water with me :/ I know a lot of people are sensitive to that stuff including myself and my step son with asthma too - so I just wanted to mention that a simple switch might make the environment a lot healthier and inviting for people with asthma/allergies/sensitivity.
Other than that we had a blast and she was just enamored with...
