Yeah I paid $25 for a pair of woolridge socks. They only lasted about a month. The holes started appearing in both socks for my toe tips area and they gave me a number to call and then I finally after about a month and a half received a gift card and I had to go online to woolrich's online store to order them so I went to mountain high and asked him if they could help me with it and they said they couldn't. I just don't want to do business with these folks anymore. Their prices are too high for the products and their products are inferior and it's just not a good place to shop. That's why I gave it one star. If I could give it zero...

Great help from this place multiple times. I really don't get the negative reviews on here. They seem kinda whiney. I got a free basket replaced on ski poles a couple years ago (just because they had an old one in the back to stick on for me). And last Month I bought some used skis from them and had an issue with the binding on one of the skis - could have been that way when I got it, or I might have broken it. They replaced the binding with a spare (again from the back room) FOR FREE! Also bought some new stuff from them - the small-town ; independently-owned aspect is DEFINITELY WORTH saving a few...
