Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ellensburg

If the app isn’t working months after other reviews- don’t use it or take it down. Screwed up my order & I only received one pizza. Then when I went to go look at my order- gone! Ordered a {very tiny} pizza that arrived with the wrong crust, a tiny cheese pizza, & small pasta. The cheese pizza didn’t arrive although it said that I paid for it online. I know that I ordered it because my daughter who is vegetarian & needs to eat too wanted cheese. When I saw the one pizza it was so tiny I thought, well there’s another. Nope. Delivery said that it wasn’t on the receipt. Get to the pizza & it’s TINY! Sauce is nasty. Crust is nasty- like I said- not even what I ordered. It was hard as a rock & nasty. Not sure about the pasta because I didn’t touch it. You could feed two 4-5 year olds this amount of pizza & I had 3 adults to feed. I’ll never order from them again. Surprised they’re even thriving. It didn’t even taste like the classic Pizza Hut. More like a store bought pizza but smaller. I believe that it was a medium- but...

Nothing in this is reflective of the crew. Chris Johnson, the proudly displayed general manager serves you expired product daily, refuses to do anything about ants in the kitchen for months, cuts staff hours due to his inability to hire for the correct shifts, he is also racist and a creep. In fact he calls one of his employees Dora due to her height and ethnicity and has been told his actions are not ok. He makes his female staff uncomfortable with glances comments and his refusal to respect personal space.

Edit: I reached out per their request and was ignored. Passed off to corporate who hasn't done their due diligence in investigating these claims. There are still ants in the store and expired product being served as of the end of May. Ants have been there since February 🤢 Remember Chris Johnson...

I ordered delivery and they pushed it to doordash. The doordash driver ended up calling me and telling me they dropped it at a random door (fyi the driver was R3XY). So I called and asked to make another one; also told them to have their own delivery driver come. They ended up canceling the order because they accidentally pushed it to doordash again and then it took the delivery driver about an hour to get to my door. Realize this is a 5 minute drive, which I didn’t take because I was sick. My pizza was delivered cold and not even cut, which meant I had to tear my slices, causing half my slices to not even get cheese. They also said they would credit my account and they never did.
