I like this experience but I find they could really improve and modernize. 1. The discount cards - they should have a software system that stores that and recognizes a customer has purchased that card. Then at each visit auto deduct the fees. When the customer has used all of their savings, it’s an opportunity to sell another savings card. Improve the experience of waiting and or planning ahead. Make available a software that allows guests to get on a waitlist for a specified timeframe. It would improve efficiency and general management of the store. 3. Consider sound barriers on the side of the room you host parties. 4. Apply felt chair slides to the bottoms of the chairs. 5. One of my pieces recently chipped (from my own doing, not the quality of the piece) and I called the store to ask about my options to keep it food safe.
