Friendly staff great selection but they take your toy out of the box to "make sure it works" and I found that odd. No store I have been to has used this practice. I could name many stores and I've never seen them take out my adult toy and touch it. Compare that to an experience anywhere. What place tests the individual product at checkout before you buy it?
