THIS IS THE WORST BIN STORE IN CLEVELAND THEY HAVE A RECORDING THAT SAYS IF YOU OPEN BOXES AND YOU'RE NOT AT A DESIGNATED SPOT THAT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WHATEVER YOU OPENED AND THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT OF THE STORE DO NOT GO HERE! so I went here picked a couple items out and I had brought my kids and we were in the designated area to open up boxes which no other bin store has any designated area to open up boxes. And the owner comes up and you can tell he's a misogynistic bully comes over to me and starts telling me how dangerous scissors are for my daughter to have in her hand she's 10 years old and they're kindergarten kitty scissors. And then he starts reminding me of the rules which I'm already following so if I'm at the designated table opening boxes it's pretty clear to anybody with average intelligence that I understand the rules already and then he starts telling me that I have to tape the box back close and then he has the front desk player recording that is stating all of the stuff that I'm already doing abiding by and knowing of but the recording also says that if you don't open the boxes in the right place to peak and see what you're buying that they will charge you for it anyway and kick you out of the store permanently I was already feeling like the owner was being a bully and imposing his authority unnecessarily ruining my shopping experience but when I heard that recording I was like oh you guys can put this stuff all back and I won't be buying anything in my cart have a nice day I'm not coming back and here's a bad review. Not to mention there's an undertone of racism there because he wasn't going up to anybody but me The only guy actually following the rules to try and correct my already correct behavior and there was tons of people who did not look like me and looked like him who were opening the boxes in the wrong areas and he was doing nothing. I'm sure this guy watched his cousins open up bins and things in North Olmsted or wherever else and thought it was going to be a good hustle but I'm telling you he sucks with customers and I can't wait to watch that place close cuz it failed I'm completely offended and not to mention wasted so much time picking the stuff out that I did not purchase because of his horrible attitude what a crappy...

Was happy to find some wide mouth canning jars, they're usually pretty difficult to come by and they're best kind for pickling frogs. However, I guess I came on an off day. Most of the items of interest seemed to have been "gently used", including a bottle of detergent. I'm not sure where else I could find a bejewelled Pikachu hat next to a book titled "frothy the beer man" and a slightly burnt vanilla breeze candle, but this place seems to be all about the surprises. There were no iguana pet accessories on this first visit, but I'll be sure the keep an eye out next time. Crust could really use a new card table for his enclosure, but he'll be happy that I'm pickling some new frogs for him tomorrow. Also found a lovely little book about aliens (picture attached) PS: this place could really do with a food truck. There's fewer and fewer places to eat around Midway Mall every year, and it would be much more convenient to be able to grab some corn dogs before heading in on a shopping journey than having to make an on the fly...

In a happy mood when I arrive. When I get to register they didn't belive I got my item from the bin because it was a nice picture for the wall i guess! Then they say someone could of misplaced it. This could be true! but why not adjust the price with me like they usually do. Try to embarrass me that I didn't get the item where I said! I mean hey it was a decent picture for the wall why sell it to me right???? The man with the beard; the owner I belive. He is only nice to Caucasian women men of all colors and Muslim women. I have witnessed it! Maybe he sees this and becomes more polite to the colored or young single bi racial.women some may not like the truth but history speaks for itself I will never spend my money at this place again they are imitating another store anyways in a bigger ci! Fyi your store will never be like theirs! you guys have all that furniture in your store and you should have left it the way it was in the beginning and now you have all this furniture yeah good...
