Hunan King Elyria — Restaurant in Elyria

Okay listen up. I used to go to this place religiously once to twice a week because my family and I enjoyed it so much. But recently there seems to be a switch in ownership because the new people that work there now have completely changed how the food is cooked. You do get a lot less food and the quality of the food can definitely noticed ever since the change in ownership. Now if the owners are still the same but they just got a whole new staff, that staff is not very good considering the fact that everything is gone downhill. I tried a few times since the new people have been there and every single time it has been utterly disgusting and weigh less food. So I'm going to go to the one by Walmart instead because that one has always been good to us and the food never changes. I really hope that these people notice the difference in their sales since I arrived and hopefully change it back because I would love to go back there again but not with the way things...

Horrible Food. We used to be faithful patrons of the restaurant, but they've changed a lot in the past year. I ordered a combo meal of the Chicken Egg Foo Young and my cousin ordered the Chicken Teriyaki. Neither of us were able to finish the meal. My Egg Foo Young meal was extremely greasy, with oil literally dripping off the fork. The gravy was bland and did not add any flavor. The chicken teriyaki was also horrible. the chicken was very rubbery and almost had a jiggle to it the way that jello does. The teriyaki sauce tasted like soy sauce instead. Also, the meal did not spell very good. On the ride home I actually accused my cousin of passing gas only to realize that it was the smell of our food. I called this place today and as I ordered my food I also had ordered jumbo fried shrimp (I thought they made the same kind of food as the one in Lorain I had never bought from them this would have been the first time) and right off the bat she started to get an attitude asking me if i had called the right place twice I told her I did , she did it twice with two different food items and then accused me of ordering food that I didn't pick up, lying that my # was in the computer when I know full well I have never ordered from here I told her this and still she had attitude and this was all just a phone call, first time and last...
