Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Elyria

Came in for dinner at 6:30 with my boyfriend, my sister and her boyfriend. She had to be at her homecoming dance around 8, so we figured we had plenty of time to eat dinner before she had to be there. We were sat quick enough, and then waited about 10 minutes to get our drinks in when they told us they didn’t have root beer even though it was on the menu and when they came they tasted watered down like the syrup hadn’t been changed. Watched a table get sat and then leave because no server had been with them. We placed our food orders around 6:40 and didn’t get our food until 7:40 by which time my sister had to leave because of how long it was taking and had to go to to her school dance without eating. She called to complain and they said they would give us a discount when the bill came out and the bill came out just the same. We told them to take their food off which they did and then when we got ours the food was freezing cold, and my burger had no onion even though i had asked for onion. My boyfriends wings were dry and cold but he was so hungry by that point that he still ate them all. I went looking for a manager and couldn’t find one for awhile, and when I did I told them the issue and they said they would take the burger off. Had to go get our own napkins. I told the people standing at the door they might as well go somewhere else and then they did. Afterwards we went to red lobster and received much better service there. TLDR: Cold food, bad wait time, not properly cleaning the dishes or picking up plates

Came here at 8:15 with a group of friends last night. Waited for 15 mins to be told they have a table ready for us, covered in old dishes. They cleared them up, however it would be apparent they would only clear tables only if someone needed to sit there. For instance, when we got there, a table next to us had left. When we left around 10:20, only the glasses were picked up. None of the plates were touched. My group could tell they were short staffed, which I understand can be hard. Yet people would constantly walk past them, not picking them up.

We had our orders in 15ish~ minutes after we were seated, to which we didn't get our food until 9:35. Once it came, my wings felt like they were sitting out for 20 minutes, no heat on them in the slightest and tasted terrible. My other friends wings were lukewarm, but nothing like mine. Additionally, his drink looked to have food on the inside of the glass. He didn't know until drinking it and saw it once it got uncovered. I never complain about food or service, however this was the only time i spoke up about the quality of food. One positive was that the waiter took off anyones wings who came cold, which i greatly appreciate

I most likely will never come back to this location due to these factors. Whenever I came here a couple years ago, pre pandemic it used to be quick service and good food. But now, it doesnt have the same qualities...

I never had a problem with this place before and usually spend alot of money each time i order here on wings..until today...I ordered 30 wings extra wet all flats wich both cost extra also for my husband's birthday dinner ..got them home..they wasn't extra wet that I paid extra for...pluse my husband took a bit and they was cold and he said tast like either they was setting for awhile or over cooked...so I called to talk to manger and ask if we can hv them re made fresh and he told me since we already had them home he can't remake them and that all he can do is credit me $5 on next order..lol $5 after me spending that much on wings that are nasty that u won't re make...I have never heard of a place that won't re make an order or replace an order..I dnt know if I would be back at that one again..I just paid alot on wings for my husband's birthday dinner that not only was ruined by bad food..he didn't get a birthday dinner..as much as we paid for wings wich are expensive enough but not being refunded or even remake them..and only wanting to credit me $5 for a $40 order ..very pist off husband right now..not only ruined a birthday dinner but all that money I...
