NEVER EVER GO HERE. first, i requested a soak off and a fresh set and she does not soak them off but instead pops them off with a nail making my natural nails bleed then when i say i should wash my hands she says no not yet and puts the tip of a nail glue bottle directly in the cut. she then every time i am asking if she can fix something (which mind you, i asked her to fix things three different times and my nails STILL LOOK THIS BAD) she was saying stop worrying and eventually even said “yeah i’ll just do whatever you want then huh?” well you’d think! they are my nails! she was even talking about me with her coworker saying “they look exactly the same but she says it’s different” take a look at these nails and tell me they look even. eventually after asking her to fix so many things i stood up and said i am not paying for these and she ran to the door locked and and threatened to call the police. i explained i am more than happy to pay this service if you can make me happy with them but you have failed to do so and been rude MULTIPLE TIMES. she offers to “fix them” for the fourth time and we eventually get here. these are fresh this was just over an hour ago. extremely disappointed as i’ve gone here a long time. last pic was the inspiration pic, but i asked for the tips to be black instead. i paid $90 for this “soak off” and...
Read moreIt wasn't the worst but not the best. When you're stuffing your feet into boots and working hard all day, a pedicure can make a huge difference (and can be cheaper than a podiatrist) so I really wanted my partner to get a pedicure for the first time. The deluxe or spa pedicure didn't really come with anything extra- I insisted on getting him the deluxe and I got the regular; we basically got the same things. They basically just scrubbed my feet for what felt like ten minutes and then painted my nails (they didn't even buff them first to make sure polish went on well). Just like every other place, they tried to get me to use gel. Gel is actually bad for your nails so I didn't do that. I left with my feet looking and feeling only slightly better than when I went in, but the next day my heels felt pretty raw, presumably from over-scrubbing them. Pro: The staff are friendly and they did the basics I guess, and the place seemed very clean (minus the cup stains on the arm rests of the chair lol) so I don't want to give them a bad review, but it was very "Elyria"- not great, but not terrible... This town feels like purgatory or something. I don't think I'd go back again but I didn't hate it. If you want the bare minimum, this place is fine, but they didn't do anything I...
Read morePlease do not go here! Go somewhere else and do not waste your time and money. These were my wedding nails. They were filled 2 days ago but she did not fill them! I still paid for them. I got married yesterday and this is what they looked like. I went for a correction and a fill. I noticed she was not properly taking the brush up to actually fill it. I continued to ask her questions. She just kept telling me that she didn’t want them too thick. She also wouldn’t let me wash after fill. She literally put gel over the top and didn’t actually fill the nail. Everyone was staring at me while she was basically telling me that I was over reacting, not to worry, but these were my wedding day and honeymoon nails. This was also a correction. The week before I went for a mani and pedi. Paid $136 and tipped well. The next week I went back which was this picture to correct them, assuring them that I would just pay again no worries. Only because I wanted the nails I actually came to get in the first place and this is what I got. I am soooooooo disappointed...
