Update - 3/27/2024 I’m all for giving businesses a chance to redeem themselves, so I tried this one out again. Ordered 3 bowls and all were a disaster. None included the extras I paid for and upon further inspection didn’t have verde salsa. Went in to ask for it and they were out of the green salsa.. I guess they just weren’t gonna tell me. This place is still a bust, I foresee this location closing soon as the 2 that are very close in proximity dish out way better quality product. —————————————————————————— Update - 03/29/2021 Just go to the one on Detroit road. This location has only gotten worse over the years. But most recently the final straw for me was this pathetic amount of cheese they put in my daughters meal. You seriously looked at that and thought that was an okay amount to charge someone for? (Photo included) —————————————————————————— Update: 1/04/2018- this was my GO TO chipotle. However, the last few online orders I've made have been entirely disappointing. This time was the last straw. If I pay an extra $2 for double chicken I expect to receive it. I didn't even receive a single orders amount of chicken. I counted 10 pieces of chicken. I could literally pull them out and count them And my other bowl had one chuck of barbacoa. When we go into chipotle to order it's fine, but online orders are AWFUL. why should I have to watch the people make my food in order for them to get it right. I rarely have issues with this chipotle. The staff are friendly and for how busy it usually is you get your food in a reasonable amount of time. (Side note: to the lady who simply won't go there because of how the employees dress or their body piercings "gaping holes" etc.. Read moreStopped in on my way after work today saying it would be amazing to have one of famous Chipotles that I always order online. I ordered it as I always i have it saved on my profile. Same thing every time I get my sour cream on the side I get my Salsas on the side and a thing of chips I did the same exact order that I always do and stupid me should check for my little sides in the bag but I didn't think I should have to. When I got home I opened up my containers and both of them had everything on it including the sour cream which it melted all the way into it cuz I was coming from Elyria to Amherst. I called just to let him know that there was a mistake the person that picked up phone was named Alec okay greeting but as soon as he went to go look at my order he told me specifically that it has said nothing about it being on the side I so will look at all of my past orders and you'll see that the chicken balls are always with the sour creams and the sauces are always on the side not only did he keep telling me that his screen told him that there was no sides and there's nothing he could do for me but he continuously kept saying it I just wanted him to know that my order was messed up but instead he just kept informing me that on his screen it was made right. Read moreDon't bother going to ANY Lorain county chipotles, clearly the area manager does not care about their stores or their customers. After 730, every Lorain country location never has everything in stock. I went to 2 different locations my last visit. First was Amherst and they were out of ALL lettuce (salad and shredded) and chips. Decided to go to Elyria, and they were out of chips, salad lettuce, and cheese. All my husband wanted was salad lettuce, steak, and cheese. I saw that the Togo line had cheese fully in stock. I asked the cashier if I could have a side of cheese from the Togo line and they said that it was for togos only, and that there are cameras right over the line and that they will get into a lot of trouble if anyone sees. Being a manager in the service industry, I was shocked as I would NEVER tell my customers no. On top of that, the girl that made my food had a rotten attitude and was very rude. I decided to make complaint on the website on Friday (after many, many recent bad experiences), it is now Tuesday and I have yet to hear back. I never have these kind of experiences at any cuyahoga county location, but I cannot travel 40 min there and back everytime I want chipotle. I have 3 locations within a 20 min drive from me and have bad experiences at every single one. I've been eating at chipotle for well over 14 years, worked there for 1.5 years.
