Are not following the EO properly. Will not allow those who have medical conditions to shop. The EO states clearly "does not require face masks for an employee, customer, or patron who: Has a medical or behavioral condition or disability." We shop here multiple times a year but we will not going forward. Nuese Sports Shop gets my business back home in Kinston and now will get it while we are here. Better inventory, friendly staff, and respect for their patrons. They don't take aways people's freedoms. UPDATE- since it will not let me respond. Accommodations made for those that can't wear a mask is a joke. That stipulation is for restuarants or online shopping. How the heck am I to shop when I can't see what i am shopping for and make my OWN decision on how to spend MY money. The only accommodation your making is allowing me to make the very easy decision to go elsewhere. Somewhere I am not discriminated. A young fellow then appeared and told us our son must have a mask. We explained to him that he had a disability and could not wear a mask. Despite HIPPA, we even offered to show proof, but to no avail. We then proceeded to exit the establishment and advised the clerks that they had broken the law to which the girl behind the counter said "ok." So not only was my son denied service even though the governors mandate says that those with medical conditions are excused from wearing mask, but under the Americans with Disabilities Act, he was denied service because he is disabled. With this sorry act of humanity, I will take my business elsewhere. Bait is widely available, and shopping...
