I was spending a week at a resort in Emerald Isle and had brought my bike. I needed a more comfortable seat and a young man at the store gave me a recommendation and I bought one bought one. The young man that sold it to me, said if I had trouble getting it on at the hotel to bring my bike back and he would do it for me. I realized I didn’t have the right tools and had no idea how to switch it out it was a different mounting bracket. What an awesome bike shop! We packed up our bikes and drove from Little Washington to Emerald Isle to enjoy the 70° weather in December. When we got there, we realized we had one bike tire that was not cooperating when we attempted to add air. We stopped at this shop and they were SO helpful. They came out to our car, quickly fixed the problem, added air, gave us some recommendations for biking and lunch, and we were on our way. We really enjoyed our Pedego e-bike rentals. We were able to zip along Ocean Drive at Emerald Isle without riding on Highway 58 or the multi-use path. The folks at Pedego were very friendly and pleasant. What a great experience! Can’t wait till our next Emerald Isle ride.
