When we decided to make an addition to our existing home to expand our kitchen and bathroom, we called Mark with COD Home Services. He had completed two jobs earlier with friends and the work was impressive. We met with Mark and talked at length about what we would like to include. Mark got back to us with plans he created based on our discussion. He offered good suggestions and worked with us, tweaking the plans back and forth. Yes, the actual construction took longer than expected, but the final product is beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. COD put an extension on our deck and screened in the covered portion. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted so Mark drew up some options to help us visualize the results.
