I went in mid day to return a dress that I had bought a couple weeks back, I told them that I had put it on for 30 minutes and felt a bunch of scratching on my back and uncomfortable so I immediately took it off. Like, what is more important than collecting customer's money? Then I spend $400 on a suit and not only does dude at the counter NOT unlock either garment, he wads it up and shoves it into a bag. I tried to get pick up my order and they couldn’t find my items! They saw my order and my labels, but no actual clothes with my order. Somebody from the store made a mistake and I had to pay for it.
