Banana Republic Factory Store — Local services in Emeryville

I went in mid day to return a dress that I had bought a couple weeks back, I told them that I had put it on for 30 minutes and felt a bunch of scratching on my back and uncomfortable so I immediately took it off. They told me I couldn't return it since it was worn so I was like oh ok and just said "other stores do that so I thought you guys did too" and the sales lady named QUE said in a mocking tone "oh this is like Gucci and Saks Fith where you can't make returns once worn, maybe those other stores like Ross and Marshall's that you know have all those cheap makeup on Clearance and the cheap sections" Keep in mind I am hispanic, I felt really targeted and what she was saying was very stereotypical and RACIST! Both times I've been here they've only had one line open even though there was another employee behind the counter acting super busy instead of helping the eight customers in line. Like, what is more important than collecting customer's money? Then I spend $400 on a suit and not only does dude at the counter NOT unlock either garment, he wads it up and shoves it into a bag. I had to spend another hour in traffic the following day to come back in and get my clothes (that I spent a lot of money on!) unlocked. DO NOT PICKUP ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!!

I tried to get pick up my order and they couldn’t find my items! They saw my order and my labels, but no actual clothes with my order. Somebody from the store made a mistake and I had to pay for it. They’ve offered no solutions except lukewarm apologies. They couldn’t even cancel my order, instead I have to wait until my pickup window expires (so I’m not even sure I’ll be refunded).
