I came in to get a quote to fix my daughter's iphone. One of the techs opened it up and said that a few of the clips that held the screen to the main body must have been bent but that the LCD was fine. He pressed it back together and charged me nothing for it. I was able to go to AT&T and they gave me $200 as a trade in for a new iphone 6 plus since it passed all the functional and inspection tests.

I have been to Aplus 2 times now. Once to fix my wife's broken iphone screen and another time to replace my daughter's shattered iphone screen.(They used OEM parts and not cheap knock offs) Both times I was able to get the phones back within an hour to an hour and a half. They are so generous with their time that when I came back to ask why my wife's iphone screen was not working.(She tends to just throw it in her purse and pile all her stuff on top of it) I just had to say that I had it fixed there and they opened it up and fixed it again. I keep coming over and over again (because I keep cracking my iPhone) with these people because they are awesome and know what they are doing. They are reasonable in their pricing. I don't have anything to complain about them and I do have many compliments about them. I had taken my iMac to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. The girl their seem like she didn't know what she was doing or she hated her job. She looked at my computer and told me that the hard drive was bad even though her diagnostic said it was fine.
