Andrew at the Encinitas store has provided my family with some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
I was really excited to get a couple items for my wife for our anniversary. She absolutely loves the Lux Performance Tank. She liked the feel of the Tavi Shorts, but didn’t like the rise so much. I wanted to make sure I could get a replacement item in time for our anniversary and our upcoming vacation while still being able to use the discount code from the original order.
Knowing I only had a week to make this exchange happen, I felt like I would get a better result if I spoke to someone over the phone rather than trying my luck with an online request.
In steps Andrew.
I called the Encinitas store to see if they’d give me a connection to customer service for Vuori’s online sales. After explaining the situation to Andrew, he took full charge. He explained that due to the pandemic, I most likely wouldn’t get the result I was looking for by going the online route. He told me that he would check to see if they had the replacement item my wife was looking for at his store in Encinitas, which they did. Andrew ran the sale over the phone, gave me the discount from the original order and created the shipping label within minutes all while keeping the casual, upbeat conversation flowing.
My phone rings about ten minutes later. It was Andrew calling back to let me know when the package was anticipated to arrive at my place on the east coast. He wanted to make sure my wife received her anniversary gift before we left for our vacation. He also let me know that he made sure to gift wrap the item, which absolutely blew my mind.
All of this may not seem like much to some folks, but to me, this is exceptional. Thank you Andrew.
As for Vuori, kudos to you for hiring people like Andrew. Give that man a raise!

The fabric and comfort initially lived up to expectations. However, upon returning to Australia and wearing the shorts only a few times, I discovered a hole in the fabric that was only visible when stretched.
I was confident that a premium brand like Vuori would offer a straightforward replacement process. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that their customer service team not only questioned the cause of the defect but also insisted that I cover international postage for a refund.
In contrast, my experiences with LuLu Lemon have always been positive, with their customer service providing prompt and courteous replacements for any issues. This recent experience with Vuori has led me to reconsider my choice of brand, as I had hoped for a higher standard of customer care and product durability. As they were never going to “stand the test of time” as promised.

These are by far the most comfortable shorts and pants that I own. They're comfortable enough to be worn at home when you're just lounging but stylish enough where you don't feel embarrassed wearing them out in public. They're also fantastic as running wear.
I'm not sure what their in store customer service is like but their online service was phenomenal. I had a pair of pants that had a defect (seam was not sewn properly) and emailed them to point it out. They asked for pictures for verification and sent me a brand new pair of pants! The representatives were incredibly responsive and courteous. I submitted the claim on a Monday and my replacement pair arrived later that week!
