Stopping in last night to buy a hat for my wedding in Colorado. The two people working were so rude and dismissive I felt like I was on a TV prank show. I had to practically beg them for any help the whole time and they acted like I was annoying them by asking for a different size. Not helping with sizing, only stain guarding one side of the hat, giving me a dirty hat box, it was a painful experience. Was just out riding my bicycle from Oceanside, heading for San Diego (After I had taken the train from LA Union station earlier in the morning) and had no idea about Brixton as a brand. I passed by and the well designed interior with its curated space of clothing and hats and other goods caught my attention. I met a really cool and pleasant man named Chase. Really starting to love this lil local spot. Fantastic for last minute trendy gifts. Recently went in to get a hat for my niece's birthday. Sierra was so incredibly FRIENDLY, attentive, helpful and patient upon helping us decide which hat to buy. She even helped design initials to laser into the side of the hat. Excellent personal touch. Needless to say my niece was thrilled with her new hat and I felt like the cool trendy aunt all because of Sierra. Could not have done it without her! Next time you stop in to shop look for Sierra....
