Starbucks — Restaurant in Enfield

I had an incredible experience at the Starbucks located at 103 Elm Street in Enfield, CT. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. They greeted EVERY customer with a smile and made sure to wish everyone a great day as they exited — such a refreshing level of service!

The real standout, though, was the Assistant Manager on duty. She was absolutely amazing — full of energy, positive, and clearly invested in both her team and the customers. I witnessed her handle a mobile order issue with genuine care. A customer had ordered something that was out of stock, and she personally engaged with him, offering either a refund or an alternative. The customer chose the alternative, and not only did she prepare it herself, but when she handed it off, she said, “I appreciate you,” followed by his name. It was such a personal and thoughtful touch — truly above and beyond.

Highly recommend this location. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work and values every person who walks through the door....

I usually go to Hazard Ave starbucks, but they were sold out of something I wanted in my drink, so I came here, which was a mistake. The staff are always unpleasant and I always have to have my drink remade at least once on the rare occasions I do come here. I paid for a shaken espresso with cold foam, and received liquid on top in stead, which melted into the drink. Why pay $1.25 extra for something you’ll only get a sip of? They remade the drink, it still tasted off (watery) and the cold foam was barely pink and nonexistent. The employees always greet you and are very friendly at hazard, yell out your oder when it’s ready, and make the drinks right the first time, whereas here, it’s the opposite. Worst starbucks around. Update, they did NOT remake my drink with oat milk, which I requested when I placed the order. I’m not dairy free, I prefer oat milk for the consistency, but to someone who can’t drink dairy, that could be a dangerous mistake. This Starbucks it is my fav on the area of Enfield, the entire team is extremely friendly with everybody all the time, due I'm a resident in Enfield and is close I use this location for weekend beverages, or short travel too.

I was asked personally a couple of times how was my experience on the store by the manager, or I believe that were.

It busy in rush hour, so I highly recommend to order in advance if you need it in short time, also to pick it and dont use the drive-thru, if you have patient you can just stop by and youll be attended pretty nice, the also have a lot of merchandise and available coffee and coups and mugs.

I do recommend to visit this star bucks 100%.
