Burger King — Restaurant in Enfield

I usually have great experiences at this location. I usually stop by before I head to work and the staff would be really nice. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience tonight. I usually place online orders and pick up. Tonight I decided to go in and redeem my crowns for a whopper jr w/cheese. They removed my points (550). I asked for the free burger for national burger day and I guess the system glitched and removed the order I had prior. I’m not sure why the girl that took my order just walked away with out explaining to what I’m thinking was supervisor , but they were basically accusing me of lying saying that I never had points to put in and blaming me for the malfunction. I tried my best explaining to the older gentleman what just happened, but he proceeded to ask if I just wanted to order the 2for 5 burgers when I already told him that my points had been removed already and I just wanted my food for work. When I finally got my order it was thrown and it slide on the counter. My burger was freezing and my bacon felt like it was just removed out of the fridge. Not sure if these employees tonight were in a bad mood but it made me extremely uncomfortable to go back in to...

Very disappointed with this Webster, MA location. We went through the drive thru window just for an ice cream cone and caramel frappe. The service wasn't the best, she wasn't friendly and on top of that, she made the frappe wrong. I wish I took pictures, my cone looked like a baby cone with barely any ice cream coming over the top of the cone. The frappe tasted just like a frozen mocha coffee with no taste and no caramel. We parked and entered restaurant with the frappe. First employee at the register looked at us and our drink and bolted to the back. Another employee came around from the grill area and asked us what we needed. He turned to the drive thru window employee and told her you made this wrong and she just looked at him, made a face and turned away. From that point, all the employee did was add caramel inside our original drink and handed it to us. Never apologized and to not remake our drink is very unprofessional. I can tell BK at this location, we will never return to this one and tell all our family and friends to do the same. It was already empty on this day. Tells you how that...

We're all so worried about wearing a mask...... Should we not care about what someone's hygiene is? I think the people who serve us should be at least presentable looking rather than dirty nails and hands greasy hair and dirty uniforms and then giving attitude when they bring the wrong order to begin with please correct it. I had one of the worst experiences at a Burger King ever this evening when I asked for a large meal and my milkshake is puny and no mention of it at the time of ordering oh excuse me by the way we only have small milkshakes which I found strange either way the tea was not sweet they took it back and thought they'd be funny by pouring like a cup of sugar into my tea making it none drinkable and then a plain cheeseburger comes with all the fixings and no bacon on the bacon sandwich I mean really tell me somebody wasn't having a bad night and then fed it to me.... This was at the Burger King hazard Ave in a 5:00 p.m. area Sunday October 10th oh I don't have a receipt to prove any of it though just the banking...
