I’ve been to the bins at goodwill before, but nothing could prepare me for what I walked into. This place is not clean or organized like other reviews said. There were homeless people sleeping on the floors and along the walls… I’m not even making this up. No hate to any of those unhoused people - but this place is not clean and there was definitely not gold in it here! Pure junk.

Goodwill is just ridiculous anymore the prices are through the roof for things that were given to them.. I. Don't get why people still shop there in bulshit how they can screw people over this coin is worth a buck y'all an they want to charge that price. So much for finding good deal on anything anymore goodwill should be shut down.

Interesting way to shop by the pound. All books are 69 cents no matter what. Shoes for $2. Bicycles, rugs, art supplies, bedding, blankets, toys, games, puzzles, tents, vacuums... People watching is really fun and very international.

According to the older 80s haired clerk you now need to separate everything at the register in addition to the kitchenware and linens and books. So even though the rest is the same price per pound, she wants them separate. She lied and said this system has been in place since this summer. She lied and said there is a sign on the door saying this. There are posters in the wall stating what the price per pound is. There is a sign hanging from the ceiling saying that you need to put the books on the counter. Nothing says you need to separate every category within the 1.89 price point. She jabs at the counter to point at a list of each different sub category but this sign does not say they need to be charged separately. She also goes through everything and argues that a blanket or sheet is linens. This makes the time at the register so long and tedious and poi The rules need to be updated and posted so the clerks can't make stuff up on the fly. These weren't the rules last month. Before that there was a clerk yelling at everyone in line to pull their stuffed animals out of their bags and he weighed them separately. Only one person at the register and a long line and she is making up ridiculous rules on the spot. I can't wait til a new place opens because this one sucks. The employees here are on power trips. While I was in line I heard them yelling at everyone to leave the bins and go back behind the line because they saw one guy run. Y'all aren't PE teachers. They do turn over the bins too quickly while people are still looking. Maybe some of them can man the registers and get people through the...

I I guess the went in the wrong restroom 57 years old I can't hold it like I used too

But the supervisor. When I asked he wouldn't give me his name. Well I was sitting on the pot. He came in yelling and screaming. He opened the bathroom stall where I was pooping. Start yelling at me to get out of there.. something about being the wrong bathroom.

I understand if I went in the wrong store but he had no business screaming and yelling at me. And then opening my stall door well I'm sitting on the pot. My pants down.. It was a black supervisor like I said he wouldn't give me his name he just kept on saying I'm supervisor I'm the supervisor yelling at me walking away.. March 8th 2025 exactly at 2: 20 ..

There's no sign saying I was in the wrong bathroom. And the way he went off and yelled and screamed at me . And on top of that he opened the stall door where I was taking a number 2....and saw my pants down to my ankles...and still screaming at me. I still had to wipe my ass.. Then when I asked him what his name was he said supervisor.

Attitude that supervisor had he is in the wrong business. Or he has not been properly trained. Because he did not show common courtesy. For the mistake I might have made .. and with my pants down when he opened the stall door.

Tells me he has no supervisor or customer service or even Management training.

There was no reason or excuse..of why he should have opened my stall door. Well I was using the restroom.!!!!!

That alone should raise a red flag !!!!

Regards

John...

Used to love it until I got ripped off. Was told my purchase weighed twenty six pounds. Thought that was odd but wasnt til i got outside and saw it wrigjed about six pounds. Big big difference manager was so glad to tell me to go blow before he even knew what the issue was. I contacted corporaco and they responded, gave me the run around and finally deciding the $20 shouldn't require an executive decision after being kicked upstairs a couple of times. That was just so someone higher up could tell me to go.blow again. I donated about five or six hundred a year j until then and I was going to give them my mothers car but it went somewhere else and the Arc got my spring cleaning donation. I didnt want anything other than some consideration to begin with but i hope that $20 that they ripped me.off for was worth it because they already lost about four grand as a result. And now a bad review. They should have shown some kind of customer service the first three or four chances they had. And as far as that toad they call a manager, he's just a hater. He loved blowing me out before i could even state my concerns. Ten years ago he wouldn't have had that smirk when i walked away but sometimes its better to just move on. Lots of businesses like that in...
