The Guild — Local services in Englewood

I was pleasantly surprised by the generous free week trial at The Guild in January, 2022, and was greeted with 5 days of hospitality and quick communication from their community manager, Lynette. She made cookies for the folks working in the office one of the days, the coffee is tasty from local shops, plenty of tea options, and they have other fun events to join in throughout the year. Can't speak to the networking events they host post-2020 and 2021. The space is filled with light, even on a snowy day. The parking is also, wait for it, FREE, and for more than two hours.. all 8 hours. Nearly impossible to find in a co-working space around Denver. Plus it's covered, and a short walk from the lot to the office. Location is accessible to multiple awesome lunch and coffee spots (e.g. Mango Tree, Pizzability, Cochino Taco). They have great meeting space for private calls, outdoor breaks, consultations, large meetings, plus they have a stage as well. After exploring multiple co-working spaces around Denver Metro since the free trial, I'm impressed by the affordability of the co-working use options at The Guild, being a somewhat-solopreneur who wouldn't use the space full-time. If I could change one thing about the location, it would be a bit more north towards downtown where I have more frequent meetings, but then there'd be sacrifices made in other ways. Super accessible from the Light Rail, buses run through the main area of "Downtown" Englewood as well. The 24HR Fitness upstairs is no longer operating as to my awareness. Thank you for a great experience, y'all are underrated and I hope to support more local businesses such as yours...

I have been searching for the perfect coworking space for a while now that was not only affordable, but also was easy to get to. The Guild meets both of those qualities plus a TON more.

Cost less per day than what I spend at coffee shops and I don't smell like coffee after. Near public transit Parking is plentiful Coffee, Fridge, Microwave all available in the kitchen Super open bright space with variety of spaces to work Staff is amazing and always willing to help you with anything Bikes and skateboard available to borrow if I need to go a little further out for lunch App available to book rooms if I need it

Having worked remote for 5+ years and been a part of other spaces, this by far is the option...

Had my graduation party here and the owner was absolutely wonderful in every way possible! The space that was provided along with the help from the owner made my special night very successful. The space was perfect for a big group of people, the owner communicated great and he helped out in every single way he could to help make my event as fun and easy going as it could be! 100% recommend looking into this space for any...
