My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from another Zales retail store in California and have diamond warranties, etc. Typically its not a big deal, we have them cleaned and inspected every six months as required to maintain the warranty. At other stores, when I have had to have diamonds replaced, it takes around 6 weeks, which is annoying but its free so I don't complain.
The customer service at the Zales here in Enid is absolutely appalling. One of the diamonds fell out of the band that my husband gave me upon our engagement, which is a piece he purchased while traveling through Turkey, not from Zales. I call it my engagement band but the sales clerk snootily informed me that it was a wedding band and argued with me about calling it my engagement band. When she asked my husband how much he paid for it he gave her the price and she began going on and on about how it was impossible for him to pay more for the "wedding" band than the "engagement" band and continually asked us how much it was worth and how much we paid for it, like she thought we were going to change the price to something that was more agreeable to her mood. Not only was she rude to us but she was also rude to the lady I took to be her supervisor.
I left the store absolutely steaming mad and I will never go back again. If that means traveling to another city to maintain our warranty then so be it. This was almost two months ago and I get angry just thinking about it. I have never been treated so rudely by a sales associate...
Read moreTHIS ZALES BRANCH IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE thought this place would make my pearls set up as i expected but unfortunately i got the worst jewelry store!!! i returned it but stupidity of people working in there cannot explain properly all the charges which is i cannot understand , its not a million dollar transactions to do a return and refund its so complicated to them to explain !!! until i was charge of penalty to my credit card due to their fault !!! they don't know what they are doing because the sales person assisted me didn't finish the steps of returning the items into the system the day i returned it I assumed that because i claimed my own pearl the custom set will be refund and no charges but unfortunately its not a ticket that i must have !!! THOUGHT THEY ARE RELIABLE AND CAN TAKE CARE A CUSTOMER BUT I'M WRONG !! it takes 3 weeks for me to find out when i got a bill due to late payments that i don't owe at all !!!
