I like ULTA but Enid really needs to step up their game. If you go in looking good say have your makeup on and your hair done it seems they cater to you more verses when you go in in your pajamas and no face makeup on they kind of ignore you and kind of watch you like you're going to steal something. Especially when you're around the samples. It's kind of odd where is you would think. They'd see an opportunity like oh she has a clean canvas to do demonstrations on or recommendations versus I love your eyeshadow thats already applied. I don't know it's just weird any other Ulta or Sephora I've ever been in they tend to kind of cater towards the people that don't have any makeup on or look lost. so that way they can make more sales and recommendations. I know a few girls who have left there because nobody really helped them yeah they greeted them and thats about it. But to me personal Beauty and cosmetics is a passion and I'd want every woman to feel as beautiful as they possibly can, not just make that sell but to justify and help somebodys self-esteem and educate them on some of the products. Enid just needs to step up their game with being involved...
Read moreThe staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. A friend & I came in a few days ago looking for some recommendations on new eyeliners & setting sprays. We asked 2 of the staff members standing near the doors for some assistance, they looked at each other annoyed that we had interrupted their conversation. After asking for their recommendations they just pointed across the store and said "you'll find what you need over there behind the Morphe display" and then they both walked to the back of the store to giggle & talk with the the other staff in the Salon. It was a short blonde and a taller heavyset blonde. Because that was 0% helpful we ended up asking the cashier if there was anyone in the store who would ACTUALLY help us, and she took us to several different displays based on her recommendation and helped us pick out what we needed. Based on HER recommendations we spent 250$ on merchandise and left moderately happy. (She was a skinny, really pretty African American girl, in a long white sweater dress.) The original short blonde that we had asked walked up to the registers and glared at us as we were...
Read moreThe salon service was ridiculous! Took my 5yr old daughter to get her hair cut, she had long beautiful hair and the "stylist" Janice was very unprofessional. She grabbed a hand full of hair and just chopped it off, and then tried to even it out after doing so.. she basically butchered my daughter's hair, didn't even wet it down before cutting bc it was in a pony tail when we arrived. Got home and wet it down and dried it and it is so uneven. Took her back up there and of course she was already gone, so we have to go back today at 12:30 for a different stylist to fix it now. I definitely DO NOT recommend this salon or the stylist Janice at Enid location. If they don't want to take their time and do their job right then they don't need to be working with people's hair, we want to leave happy with our service that we pay for, not...
