Burger King — Restaurant in Enterprise

I stopped off at Burger King after work to grab breakfast for myself and my coworker, and I have to say, the young woman working the register that morning truly went above and beyond. I didn’t catch her name, but she had tattoos which made her easy to remember. From the moment I walked up, her customer service was outstanding she was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with me and every other customer in line.

What really stood out was what happened after I placed my order. On my way out, I noticed an older gentleman who was clearly down on his luck. I decided to come back inside and purchase him a sandwich and coffee, because everyone deserves a meal in the morning. Since I was short on time and had to leave, I explained the situation to her. Without hesitation, she made sure he got his food and coffee, treating him with genuine kindness and respect.

It may sound small, but that moment showed true compassion and professionalism. She didn’t just “do her job,” she went out of her way to make sure someone in need was taken care of. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this genuine not just in fast food, but anywhere.

She turned what could have been a simple breakfast stop into a memorable and positive experience that stuck with me for the rest of the day. Employees like her are rare, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way she represents Burger King. Thank you to her for going above and beyond I hope management sees the value she brings...

This location has really changed for the better. It is located in a truck stop but has the Burger King feel to it now when you walk in. It used to actually look like the fact that it was located inside of a truck stop. I am pretty sure it has come to mind just about every time I heard the song Turn The Page. However, they have gone through a full remodel which really brought this location to life. The service is fast and the food taste like any other Burger King.

I do have to say though, it might be best to stay away from the new cheesy chicken sandwich that's on promotion. Trust me when i say it doesn't look anything like the picture on the menu. It is dry and boring and its taste does not live up to any general expectations. Too bad too because the image look pretty good. However, I will never buy one of those again. It is expensive when it costs as much as a burger and fries from Famous Dave's, but had zero flavor in comparison. Just a side note. Stick to what you know you love! This is what brought the score down by...

Stop understaffing on a Friday and maybe their would be better service here. Cashier was rude and had no way of speaking to customers. I returned a vanilla iced coffee that was literally white like milk, she argued for me to taste it that's how the coffee is "made here" and I switched it to Mocha which was chocolate milk not coffee. I didn't want to argue so I left it at that. She poured the vanilla coffee back in the container once I sat back down at my table. Then the customer after me order a Vanilla Iced Coffee and she served from that same container. Yikes makes me wonder what else they have back and forth. I spoke to her in spanish while ordering and she kept it at english but when I sat down I over herd her talking to kitchen staff in spanish about me returning the Iced coffee while she poured it back in the container. No gloves while handling orders and also handles money. Food was fresh, though probably...
