Taco Time — Restaurant in Nevada

I just drove clear over here from Charleston and lamb, walked in looking at the menu the girls just standing there by the kitchen area looking at me I'm looking at the menu she's looking at me I look at her she's looking at me I look at the menu some more finally she walks up I say hello she still just looks at me with a blank stare, so already my first mind is to turn around and walk out because obviously you're not in the business of making people feel welcome and your establishment, but since I drove all the way over here I asked for the crispy meat burrito she just says with an attitude we don't have any. I say do you have the crispy chicken she just looks at me and shakes her head no and doesn't say anything so I just kindly say thank you and turn around and walk out. I don't even want to look at the menu and see what else you have to offer because I don't want that bad juju and negative ass attitude rubbing off on me and the rest of my day so I will just spend another $25 in gas and drive back to the other side of town and give my business to Taco Bell or another Taco establishment. I did not need to drive clear across town to deal with somebody shity attitude because they don't want to be...

Now then, I was actually a Taco Time worker back when I lived in Wyoming... I moved to Nevada. When I found out that there was a Taco Time in Henderson, I high-tailed it all the way over there. This one is found in an old TA gas station. It looks very old... It's a small space, and there was only one person working.... The order is messed up... 1. The veggie is supposed to have a wheat-wrap and it includes SOUR CREAM(aka the love of my life).... he put ranch instead and used a flour tortilla. 2. The Cheese quesodilla is supposed to be Chedder and Pepperjack with salsa fresca added in.... there was ONLY chedder, no fresca, no pepperjack. 3. I ordered a Five alarm burrito... this burrito is the only grilled burrito on the menu.... buuut he didn't bother to grill it. And 4. He didn't bother to ask if I wanted nacho cheese sauce or melted cheddar cheese on my mexi-fries.... I wanted nacho, but he assumed the opposite. He is SUPPOSED to ask if I want nacho cheese or cheddar. My experience was very sad and a part of me...

We eat Taco time a couple times a month. They are the only location in las Vegas so you'd think their standards would be up to par. The only good worker they have is the Hispanic lady who is there 90% of the time. When she isn't there they borrow the lazy kids from burger king next door who could care less if my order is correct, if they made it right, or whether they were even trained to work at Taco time. Who knows?! I can tell you that their menu items are not cheap either. That said- if I'm spending almost $5 for one taco & I get at least 3tacos for 4people the cost is over $50.00! That's not including sides or drinks.....I don't mind paying for quality tacos, whatever the price is, no problem. I dunno when the last time you changed the oil in your fryers, but the oil is bad! Last but NOT least-- you need to lower your prices or fire those lazy kids that gave me tacos that look like this !!! ...
