Gretchen's Hallmark — Local services in Enterprise

Everything here is extremely expensive. But that's Hallmark for you. So I can't really blame this place in particular for their prices. I didn't find anything in here that was worth it's price tag. The price of everything was enough to convince me to never go back. I don't normally leave reviews but the cashier seemed extremely miserable. I asked the girl how she was doing, no answer. OK, maybe she didn't hear me. And the place doesn't close for another few hours so what am I doing that's bothering anyone? She made no eye contact, no smile, no "have a good day." I was already irritated by one of the customers and her screaming kids standing in front of me obstructing my view of the ornaments. I have always found this store to be very friendly and well run. I do prefer to buy my cards here because you get a more personal card. During mandatory covid store closures I was in need of a specific card that I wasn't going to get at a pharmacy or walmart so I called to find they offer curbside service. I found a very easy website to get what I needed. I placed my order and within minutes of getting my order confirmation email the store called and said my order was ready to be picked up!
