We had a day in Estes Park and after seeing all of the activities the Inspired Artisan Studio offered on their website, we decided to drop in and participate in an impromptu crafting experience!
My wife and I turned up without booking in advance, and decided we wanted to do the hydro tumbler dying. We did have to wait about 30 minutes, because another group who had booked for the same activity turned up just as we arrived - but we just went to the cafe next door and walked around the nearby streets a while to wait. I suspect this was mostly because we turned up on a Sunday in July - but it wasn't a problem for us at all. Can recommend booking in the busy months on the weekends.
The activity itself was a lot of fun - it was really interesting to dip the outside of the stainless steel tumblers through a surface of paint that we sprayed ourselves and we were really happy with what we created with very little skill required on our behalf - just some creativity. The lady who helped us through the activity was very friendly and a joy to spend time with. Overall - we picked this out of the blue, but I'd highly...
Read moreI had an incredible experience here from the moment we walked in, I was captivated by the creativity and passion infused into every piece. We as a family of 3 members had a fantastic time. The space itself is beautifully curated, offering a perfect blend of inspiration and practical. The staff ( Natalie & Alaina) was so accommodating and truly fantastic people to work with. Super patient, coach you on the spot despite you are a beginner. They’re welcoming and knowledgeable, making the visit even more enjoyable. Natalie was super flexible on the schedule and package selections. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or just looking for a unique and enriching experience in Estes Park, this place is a must-visit. We all definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Read moreA great studio and market showcasing local Colorado artists as opposed to many other galleries downtown who showcase artists from all over the world. The store has something for everyone's style and budget plus they offer shipping for those travelers with space limitations. I participated in the pyrography, alcohol ink landscape and the wildlife collage classes. Similar feel to a sip and paint class except 10000x better because you're creating your own art and learning a technique that you could go home and keep creating art. Natalie, the owner and Ann, assistant, were so patient, fun, and welcoming. It's definitely worth a class to create a momento that's beautiful and unique as a way to remember the wonderful times in Estes Park. Conveniently 1 block off of main street downtown with easy parking in lots or 3hr street parking. Highly...
