Bought a $200 ring a year ago. 2 monts later it was broke. We took it back in nov. 2020 to get warranty repair. We have been trying to contact them with no response from our voice mails. Today my wife talked to the owner. I was sitting right next to her and could hear him screaming at her. Legitimately screaming. My wife was not Being rude whatsoever. This upset me. I looked into the company from the bbb and theres similar comaints filed there as well. The lady that works there is very nice but at the end of the day we still dont have a answer on the ring . im all about supporting local small business, this guy though, will never get service from my wallet again. I will also be following suit on a bbb complaint. You dont treat people the way this" business" does....

This shop is a gem in estee park. 1000% recommend. Among a nice assortment of different gifts and souvenirs, they have beautiful unique jewelry which my girlfriend loved. And they have some very cool knives.

Brian is the man. Cool guy to have a chat with. Answered all my questions and showed me what I wanted to see. He really exceeded expectations when he allowed us to exchange a ring for my girlfriend completely hassle free (I bought her the wrong size). Overall he was super helpful and accommodating. Extremely happy I didn’t just walk by.

I found 2 CB opal rings, they took the money ammidiantly from my account, after almost 3 weeks they couldn't find the ring, I sent pics of the ring 2 times for them, which they should of had on my order, still nothing so I choose a 2nd ring, same thing they couldn't find it in all there inventory, after 3 weeks patiently waiting and hoping they'd find these beautiful rings, I had enough and gave up the owner never appolizide, nor was anything done to help me find these 2 rings, very sad too they carry alot of CB and many other artist jewelry and yet can't locate them 😢😞😔very poor way to...
