Walgreens — Local services in Euclid

Picked up prescriptions which was supposed to include Gabapentin in it but didn’t. Then instead of admitting there might have been a mistake they doubled down on telling me that it was in there and it was missing because of me. That I had received it. I NEVER GOT IT. I even had contacted my provider the day I was supposed to get saying it wasn’t in there because there might’ve been a miscommunication in the system (which has happened). I was condescended to and treated like I was lying which got me agitated. Not only that, my other meds were charged to the wrong insurance. I had to tell them again TODAY, the correct insurance. Was in the store on November 15th, while in the store a male approached the cashier and said give me all money out the cash register. I was approaching the cash register the man left. I asked the cashier did he know the guy and said he was the manager, I then advised him that I was off duty federal police officer and that the manager could have got hurt playing games like that. The manager came back in the store and the cashier told him who I was and the manager that it was a joke. Having these people running a store playing games like this is dangerous to everyone in the store at that time. I only went in for tp & towels (2 for $10 ea). At the register the lady in front of left for her car mid-checkout. So after a min or two I politely asked the cashier if there was another register. Her buddy who also works there nastily barked at me about just waiting "a second or two...just be patient!" More minutes pass, they finally decide to cash me out and now it's a 3 on 1 (those 2 plus their store mgr) all behind the counter jeering at me, eyes rolling, lips pursed, and it's feeling aggressive and ghetto. Now, no sale price on towels and when I tell you she said it like the biggest bully in high school, that's an understatement....
