Extremely over priced! I have seen shirts with holes and stains all over and priced as if they were brand new from the original store. The employees are usually nice but mostly snobby. I love buffalo exchange but they are way too expensive. And then when u go into sell clothes, thats a whole dif story... they offer you pretty much next to noting for expensive high quality new clothes. If it's not name brand they won't buy it. I have taken things in to sell and since it wasn't name brand, they barely even looked at it and didn't want it. Months later I took the tag off of the same exact shirt, brought it back in to sell it and they bought it.. of course ... It's just a little crazy how they will try and sell a stained ripped up shirt for way way more than its worth but then offer me some pocket lint for a brand new non stained non holey shirt that I try to sell to them.. I just wish that the clothes and shoes weren't so damn expensive -I would shop there...

My experience here was far from ideal. I’ve shopped at this location a few times before this and decided I wanted to give it a go at selling some of my items. Since it was my first time selling my clothes, I had no idea how it was supposed to work. When it was my time, the employee told me that I was more than welcome to shop around while she went through my items and when it was done someone would come find me. When I was done purchasing the one item I got, I noticed the bag I brought in was sitting on the ground. I had no idea that I was supposed to just grab it and cash out at the register since that was never explained to me so I sat there for roughly 20-30 minutes while the employee was helping other customers since I didn’t want to interrupt. I would’ve have appreciated if in between customers she would’ve just told me that I can grab the bag and go instead of me sitting there like an idiot. A truly...
