Took a necklace to get the clasp fixed that broke off. When I picked up the necklace, the chain had magically grown 5 inches. When I took it back in the lady said “it must have stretched during cleaning.” I later called asking where my original chain went because there’s no way that was my same one (5 inches longer, and different texture.) She kept saying it was the same one and doesn’t know how it stretched so much but would give me a full refund. Very rude on phone, and hung up on me. My partner went back to get the necklace today and she would not issue a refund. Terrible customer service, and I have no idea what happened to the original chain...
