I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the experience I had at Passion Flower, I felt compelled to share. My wife recently celebrated her 60th birthday, a milestone that was especially emotional for us since she’s a cancer survivor. This year has been particularly challenging, and I wanted everything to go perfectly. I had visited another store earlier, Provisions Market Hall, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The employee was not only unhelpful but was downright rude and dismissive, which left me feeling disheartened as I searched for the right gifts. But when I walked into Passion Flower, everything changed. I was greeted by a warm, smiling woman who immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions for gifts. I am not someone who is naturally good at picking out presents, but she guided me with patience and care. Thanks to her, I was able to select several beautiful items that my wife absolutely loved, including some amazing candles that she still talks about. This year has been tough on her, and seeing her so happy on her birthday, after everything, was truly priceless. It felt wonderful to give her something that not only brought her joy but also showed how much I care. Passion Flower didn’t just help me pick out gifts—they helped me make her birthday memorable. Since then, we've been back a few times, and I will continue to come back. The kindness and professionalism at Passion Flower have made all the difference. I can't thank them enough for turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a heartwarming one. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to make a special occasion truly...

I am giving Passionflower Design five stars because the end result was a "Fresh Flowers--Designer's Choice" design that was very creative and beautiful.

When I called, I was asked the right questions and my responses were clearly heard and considered. Based on this experience, I suggest contacting Passionflower to talk about an order instead of only looking at the photos and then ordering via the website. I also suggest calling or visiting because the website explanation with the photos regarding pricing confused me a bit: it stated photos are arranged from highest price to lowest price but when a customer selects a price, it applies to all the photos. I was left wondering what price point do the photos actually represent. Also, when I read "the price selected determines the quantity and the quality of blooms . . ." I became concerned because I understand why price selected would determine quantity and container but I did not want it to determine the quality of blooms, however few they might be. I was very glad I called Passionflower and was assured my requests would be incorporated into an overall high quality design. And they were; it could not have been a more perfect design for the Remembrance event.

I happened upon the passionflower website when I was searching local flower shops in Eugene, OR. I live in Michigan and wanted to send my dear friend some fresh flowers as she is going through a very difficult and emotional week. I am so glad I found you guys! Wow. I went with the $50 designer’s choice bouquet with a $10 delivery fee which I think is reasonable. The arrangement is absolutely stunning and well worth $50. I can’t imagine how big and beautiful a higher priced bouquet on your menu would be! So unique and such beauty and grace and softness to the arrangement. The creator of this bouquet is truly gifted! Thank you for helping me to lift my friend’s spirits. To top it off, my friend said that the lady who delivered the flowers was so friendly and left a message letting her know the flowers had been delivered and she was sorry she riled the dogs up ;) she said the bouquet smells amazing.
