Smoothie King — Restaurant in Euless

(To be read in an English accent)I have had some rather unpleasant fast food experiences time after I am let down by the American employee training program, I would even go as far as to say it has left me…traumatized, as is what I expected out tis “smoothie king” but my oh my. My expectations were indeed subverted, as I walked into this smoothie king I was met with a smile that could only be described as welcoming, warm, dare I even say, angelic. Following near this smile was a voice saying so soft so inviting, “hi welcome in, how are you doing today”, oh how ears tendered up my stoned heart, I simply had to know who this was that has peaked my interest, something that head been peaked for ages. It was none other the Malaney, the way she made my smoothie was nothing short of simply love and care and even ostentatiousness, as I received my smoothie (a large angel food) I was once again met with a returning smile so graceful it influenced me a smile so contagious it…forced me to let one out myself, Malaney you are a true example of customer service my dear, I applaud and marvel at your performance, I have never tasted a smoothie so eloquently crafted to marvelously and meticulously prepared, Malaney my dear...

The store has a line on Sunday and the lady is really paranoid as I do my review.

The young lady that works here called her gangster boyfriend to come and threaten me because I asked her name to give a good review. She made the phone call during the time of making my smoothie so he walked in while waited. I called the police and made report. I confirmed that he does not provide security services for Smoothie King.

The manager advised that the worker had been in compromising situations before. So as a company, you should not allow her to open the store or be alone by herself since she is fearful and does not make good judgement of customers.(which makes me question her first incident). Also, why is she able to stand outside to talk to the boyfriend when you just opened the doors for business?

Also, to the young lady. Firstly, you should where a name tag. You work in the public and people are going to talk to you. People like this get people hurt.

I hope that you implement other policies in your company to prevent this from happening...

I ordered a STRAWBERRY slim n fit. I drank a little bit of it and it turns out that they instead gave me some peanut butter protein thing, THANK GOD I am not allergic to peanut butter because that would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. I went back to tell them they gave me wrong order and they told me I ordered wrong and that it was the right order, just not helpful at all. They also took a pretty long time for just one smoothie.

I didn’t want to waste more time so I just took the peanut butter and accepted that they weren’t going to help. The shake itself was actually quite bad. I could still feel the powder, like as if they didn’t mix it up enough and there was still powder that didn’t mix. The flavor also just tasted bad. I like peanut butter but this shake was just straight up bad.

Overall pretty bad experience, I doubt I will be coming to this...
