I was so dissatisfied with my last visit, I made a list. 1.Ordered extra pickles on 2 sandwiches, didnt get them. The turkey bacon ranch wasnt that good. This was atleast the 4th time that I was frustrated either by the food or the service. The time before this I ordered a hero sub, and it actually ended up with just meat and bread. Not even cheese. That guy who made it either quit or was fired because I never saw him again. I understand maybe 10 minutes late on an order. but the fact that I ordered 20 minutes ahead, and still managed to wait an extra 40 minutes to make it an hour is absolutely shameful. The food is actually hit or miss. most times is good, sometimes is something i actually had to throw away. Shout out to the one mexican dude who was reccomending me hot sauces, that was a good part. I've had around 2 years to make this review and this is what ive come up with. But my friends would not stop talking about this place so I gave it a try and I gotta say I’m very disappointed, 2 orders and each time it’s been wrong. This last time I got the bbq brisket and asked for no mayo cause it would end up too saucy. And I was RIGHT! How to I know because one half of the sandwhich was drenched in Mayo while the other half barely got any do EVEN IF I wanted the mayo is still would have been made wrong. What is a huge deal is the terrible customer service I received today. When ordering our sandwich, and deciding onions weren’t what we wanted but black olives were, the cashier, Adrian, decides to be as rude as possible. She spoke with such a belittling tone I was ready to walk out, but instead just refused to eat inside the restaurant. As I’m waiting for my food, I can clearly see her eyeing over at us and gesturing as if we were an issue.
