The Brass Tap Euless — Restaurant in Euless

Was curious to try this new spot that's been empty for so long. It's definitely in an odd place you would think it'd be across the highway. Not sure it'll do well here. First impression was not good. Nobody greeted me at the door and they were playing country music. I ordered a beer and asked if they had talls which they do but it's only for ONE brand??!! Can you say shoot yourself in the foot for profits?? How weird. I ordered the loaded fries and I really did give it a try but they were disgusting. I'm not even sure what that was at the bottom of the plate. I sent it right back and then ordered one of their pizzas. The pizza is like they went to Walmart and got a DiGiorno stripped the toppings off and put on premium toppings... The crust tastes like just basic flour and water baked and then put premium toppings on top. Nothing to write home about. Overall it was bright and shiny and new of course and clean. But I don't see it doing very well because they don't have any things on their menu that stand out and make you want to come back. I give it...

Disappointed and Won't Be Back

I was really looking forward to trying out The Brass Tap, but our experience was a complete letdown. We came in with a group of eight, excited to enjoy some food, drinks, and catch the SMU game—a local team we all support. However, when we asked the staff to put the game on, they refused, telling us they already had two games on and to "deal with it."

The dismissive and flippant attitude of the staff was shocking. It's one thing to have limitations, but the way they handled our request was unprofessional and rude. It's clear they don't care about customer satisfaction or supporting local teams.

We ended up taking our business elsewhere, and I would strongly suggest others do the same. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and their requests. This was a major disappointment, and I won’t be...

Went on Friday night around 8. The new bar was very nice looking. The bar area was pretty cool and tons of draft beer options!

Atmosphere was cool but they oddly had a DJ in the corner. Just seemed out of place for the time of the evening with people still there to enjoy dinner and drinks. The "Club" music was too loud and no dance floor area so was a bit confusing on why a DJ was there in the first place.

Our server was very nice and food was good but was annoying when I had to cancel my second beer bc it was taking too long. The bar wasn't busy enough for the 3 bartenders that were staffed to NOT have my beer delivered to the table withing a minute or two.
