Fresh Harvest Tasting Room - Eureka Springs — Attraction in Eureka Springs

We have lived in Eureka Springs for almost three years and finally made it to Fresh Harvest. They are now located next to our favorite grocery store (Eureka Market) and decided today to go check it out. What an absolute treat it was! We were greeted by Annaleis who educated us on the history of Olive oil as well as a plethora of information before we started tasting a few of the olive oils. This is NOT your standard Olive oil...this is Oil of the gods ;-). A shocking difference then the oil in my house. Then to the tasting bar where Annaleis blended different oils and balsamic vinegar's to create a few wonderful flavor explosions in my mouth. If you cook, or even want to make an marvelous and simple salad dressing, you need to stop by. We know where we will be getting ALL our cooking oils...

My best friend LOVES this place and has been telling me to go check it out forever. The meals she creates with Fresh Harvest are out of this world. We finally went in there over the weekend and it was an absolute treat! The owner is so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t expecting a lesson on olive oil and Italy and how mass-marketed evoo is actually produced. I learned new things and was actually taken aback at the difference in taste between those well known brands and Fresh Harvest’s specialty oils. They. Are. So. Good!! You get to try them all if you want. I went in for one bottle and wanted to leave with everything they had to offer. It could become an addiction. I can’t recommend...

Had an eye-opening experience at the Fresh Harvest Tasting Room - Annaleis showed me so many exciting flavors in olive oil and balsamic vinegars! She is very knowledgeable about all the products and so enthusiastic too :-) It was such an enjoyable time to do the tasting as well as the pairings! We bought 10 bottles of all these different flavors and are so excited to try them. Tonight we made a delicious salad with one of the pairings we tried and loved it! So excited to cook with all these new flavors and make our vegetarian cooking even more yummy!
