Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Eureka Springs

This was our second time here. The first time, we waited forever for our food, but the service was good. That was last year.

Well we were back in town for another football game and wanted that classic Pizza Hut feel. When we walked in, the sign said Please Wait to Be Seated, so we did. That took a few minutes—not a big deal.

Once we were seated, the waitress seemed really spaced out. There were five of us, but she completely skipped one of our drink orders. When we tried to explain, it was like she didn’t even comprehend what we were saying. A few minutes later, she brought out the drinks but somehow added a diet one in there. She was using an order pad, so I’m not sure where the miscommunication came from.

She then asked if we were ready to order, but we hadn’t even received menus. She ended up bringing the menus along with the drink she forgot the first time, but by then, we had already decided what we wanted without them.

Then we waited... and waited... and waited. Close to an hour after we had walked in, my husband finally went to ask about our order. The two other tables had already gotten theirs. The guy in the back was super nice and said the order wasn’t in the system. The waitress came up and said the system had deleted it. My husband made a comment, and she got snippy, basically saying he was wrong. (I didn’t hear the whole exchange since I was still at the table with the kids.)

The guy then told us the order would be on the house and put it in right away. During the entire time we were waiting, the waitress never once checked on us until she brought out the pizzas. My daughter asked for a refill, and the waitress only took her cup—even though it was obvious that all of ours were empty and watered down. When she brought my daughter’s cup back, my husband asked for refills for himself and me. She got huffy, threw her arms out like it was an inconvenience, and when she finally did them, she just poured the new drinks over the old watery ice. Our two youngest never got refills at all.

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had anywhere. The pizza was delicious, but that doesn’t make up for the service. And it wasn’t even busy—just a few other people came in after us, and one group actually left before us. The kitchen was busy with to-go orders, so at first, we thought that was why ours was taking so long... but apparently, it...

First we come in they say have a seat we will be right with you (haha). We sit and wait and wait, older couple comes in they are seated and order taken , more people come in order at counter because they don’t want to wait. Couple at another table had been sitting there before us and was still waiting. Then a girl that was cleaning tables took the time to go take there order because the waiter that was suppose to wasn’t paying attention to the people in the restaurant at all. After they places there order it was another 15min or so before he came to take out order and asked the dumb question have you been helped. How dumb was that. Then when we go to order a meat lovers pizza he states that they are out of beef and pork. What really do these people not know how to plan on what they need. This was the second time we have had bad service at this location. Who ever owns this need to get these kids under control and do better. I know these are franchises and they get corporate money. But this is just ridiculous. I would not suggest eating here, would be better off at the service station. The way this place works. I wouldn’t ever give them one star really but it won’t let you say anything before you rate them. I would actually give them 👎👎 because of the all...

Read reviews before eating there thought wow they cant be that bad. Wanted it delivered. This place didnt deliver. Went to order online doesnt so that. So we decided to just drive there. Boy i wish i wouldnt of listened. It was awful. Stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. They acted like they were super busy. But there maybe 5 family's there. When someone greeted us. She started out by saying just so you know whatever you order it will be like an hour wait. We didnt mind because we were already there. Then was told to sit anywhere. All the tables were dirty so we chose the least dirtiest and started to wipe it off with a napkin. She came behind us with a soping wet rag and laid our menus on the table. So we tried to order the new grilled cheese stuffed....they were out. So we tried to order something else. They were out. Then she told us they were out of all the specials. So we ordered a med pizza and some pasta. Our order was $28! Major price gouging going on!! When i asked why a med pizza was $13. She said oh we dont have those on special!! What a rip off. I had to flag someone for a refill. We know better next time. Wow is...
