I went in a month ago asking for my cracked laptop screen to be replaced. He told me it should take about a week maximum to receive the replacement screen. I have never been contacted again. At least I didn't have to pay up front, but this is extremely disappointing for a local business to treat their customers this way. I would have been a very loyal customer if this had worked out at all. I tried calling after 2 weeks just hoping it took longer than expected to get the part, but no one answered so I left a voicemail. I never got any call back. Then I waited to call again now that the holidays are over and still no answer. So I left a voicemail essentially saying what I have included in this review. I cannot recommend this place with this kind of service. They have my email and my phone number and have never once used either to update me on anything. I just understand because they were so highly reviewed and recommended and it just doesn't make sense that I can't even get in...

Kyle is one professional computer guy here in little old Eustis who provides great service, which can be hard to find here in Lake County. My iMac had issues and he repaired it promptly keeping me informed during the whole diagnosis. Pricing was fair and competitive for the work done.
