Tip Tops of America Inc — Local services in Eustis

The only reason im leaving this is review is based off my experience with tip tops, I was told two weeks for my shirts, on a very small order. (4 items). When I got an email for my approval with no response, after two weeks I contacted them to find out what's going on and I responded to accept new change to my order, again no response was giving by tip tops. I was told on a Monday that my order would be ready Friday afternoon possibly Monday. When I called on Friday around noon to find out if my order was going to be ready, the man who answers the phone at tip tops got mad at me, raised his voice and told me he would call me when my order was ready, then asked me if I responded to accepting the design and I told him yes and tip tops NEVER responded to my email. I waited for a response until that following Monday and decided to cancel my order. I WILL NOT recommend tip tops of of America inc. to anyone. This was back in August now sept. 15th I get a call that they wanted to make things right with me so they made the shirts and gave them to me refusing any sort of payment for them I thought they were really trying to fix there mistake but after looking at the shirts they made they did a half ass job on them as you can see in the photo I've posted. As you can see the shirt was stretched out when it was printed on, so my business design looks wrinkled. Went there to have shirts done for my first ever design & they didn’t come out the way I wanted at all. Spoke to the owner & he said there was nothing he could do after spending $1,100 on something that I didn’t like not a refund or credit or anything , like it’s just plain out bad business, If I were to sell those shirts I would want the best reviews back from my customers so they could always shop back with me , can’t say that for tip tops because I will never be going back to purchase anything from them....

Complete waste of time and no communication, one set of shirts they misspelled a word and still expected us to pay and wear grammatically incorrect shirts. Next time we ordered another set of shirts for my company they completely wasted our time and never let us know they were “backordered” even a month after we called and ordered. Will Never...
