Giving 1 star because we were the first one to dinner at 330 ..ordered several rolls on top of Bento boxes for dinner. We got 2 of our rolls, the 3rd was a specialty roll with cucumber wrapper. Was told when we got our Bento boxes it would be 5 minutes more {it has been over 30 minutes now and 4 other tables have gotten their dinner and rolls) Finally decided to have it to go as we were all done and waiting now for another 10 minutes, walked up to counter to pay, and they still hadn't even started my roll. This is 40 minutes later, and we have finished.. Long story short he was worried about getting other customer rolls out before my specialty roll..now mind you this is not even 430.. Would hate to think about if they were actually busy!! Was actually going to buy gift certificates as my friend lives in Washington and always looking for a Xmas gift for him..too bad..doesn't matter if the food was actually decent, when you have horrible customer service and they do nothing to rectify it..will give our business elsewhere..😞😞😞 Wasabi Factory or Ichiban Teriyaki.. Was surprised because had read they have great specialty rolls, I guess if you have a few hours to wait as you're drooling on the table for the last roll with the kids asleep...

I’ve been coming here for years and it has always been one of the best places in Everett for sushi but now the quality and portion sizes are about half of what it used to be. I got a chirashi bowl and the fish came almost freezer burnt and was not edible, it was discolored and had an off putting texture. The type of containers changed however I can see the rice is much less than before and overall the pieces of fish were significantly smaller. All for an increased price of $25. If I’m paying almost $30 before tip I would at least expect the quality of food worth the price. It’s very disappointing to see such a good restaurant go down in quality, I hope as a long time customer this is something that can be improved and addressed because this has been my favorite sushi restaurants for years. I understand a price increase however in the time I’ve been a customer I have seen the price go from a $15 dollar bowl to $25, if this restaurant can increase their prices this dramatically in less than 6 years then the quality must at least...

Comfortable place, spacious between tables and nice atmosphere with music broadcasting not too loud to make you feel relaxed. That's why I give 3 stars. For food, the bento portions are too small even for ladies. We ordered 2 bento boxes one selection of chickens katsu (deep fried chicken) came with 3 sushi 4 California rolls & 2 deep fried dumpling, and one with grilled salmon and beef (add extra $2) both served with soup, salad and white rice but the rice is very small like 1/2 a bowl. Another ordered Ton katsu (Deep fried pork) served with rice, soup and dessert. The rice portion was good enough but the katsu sauce didn't taste good, the deep fried pork was thin and over cooked so very dry and tasteless. Basically eating plain rice and dry meat left half unfinished. The fourth order was spicy ramen with pork and the portion was small too but the taste was good. You could simply eat 2 and still don't get full. Overall the price is not cheap comparing to the portion。The quality and taste of the food is a little...

Always good service and good food. Good choice of appetizers such as gyoza, soft shell crab which comes with 4 halves, and jalapeno poppers with spicy tuna all with tempura batter and also have vegetarian options such as edamame. Good range of rolls with cheap options such as California rolls and salmon skin rolls, and more upscale options like the spider roll or hot night roll. Bento boxes are above average, come with a bowl of miso soup with the classic protein options. Hot foods always come out hot and fresh. Only 2 dessert options but they are commendable dishes, one a cheesecake and the other an ice cream, both deepfried. Interior is classic yet stylistic with japanese style paintings and aquatic chandeliers which come off rather classy.very clean and hygienic. My favorite sushi spot.

Delicious chicken katsu and sauce❣️🎉The donkatsu ramen was good, but its broth and noodles weren’t as good as our favorite ramen house in Kirkland. The California roll was ok. My Husband and I as well as our kiddos enjoyed the food nonetheless 👍🏼Clean restaurant and good service. Update: On our second visit, I tried their chicken curry while my Husband had their veggie yakisoba. Both the curry and the yakisoba were average. The gyoza 🥟 was good though. Our son had more Donkatsu ramen 🍜 and our daughter had the chicken katsu additional side dish. We’d rate our second visit at 3.75 stars. I’ve added some photos from our 2nd visit...
