I went to get the the tiny rhinestone that had fallen out of my Skagen watch replaced. As I entered, the woman inside asked if I was there to change a battery, without a hello, or any sort of salutation, mind you. I explained my issue, and she told me I would be better suited going to another establishment because her watchman only does Rolexes. I took my lowly Skagen and will not return. This was at least 2 hours before the posted closing time as well.

Comfortable environment, nice selection, and very accommodating. A place with original pieces. I think this is a place for someone who is looking for jewelery that isn't massed marketed like Ben bridge, Shane co, kay, etc and wants a better understanding of what they are buyer.
