Wherever we go, we always want to eat breakfast at a local diner. Colby Diner didn’t disappoint on quality of food, charm and location. Right in the heart of downtown Everett, we were able to eat bright and early, with good strong brewed coffee and delicious biscuits and gravy. Owner is kind and everyone there is friendly. This is a little place with a handful of tables— cozy and relaxing.

After a morning walk on downtown Everett on December 31st, we decided to stop here for breakfast. The lady was very nice and helpful. It's a nice little diner with great food and great service. We ordered some pancakes, bacon and hashbrowns. They were all delicious!! And the coffee was one of the best we've had. Definitely recommend!

This is definitely a rare gem in the heart of downtown Everett. Mike is a warm and friendly guy who treats you like a friend. The atmosphere is a throw back to a simpler time that makes you feel welcome. Great food , excellent customer service make this a place you need to call home.

Best burgers in Everett! Great prices compared to the size of the food. The owners are very nice. Not much seating, but you can take out. The burgers and shakes are AMAZING, never had an issue with them. I'm not a car person so I don't find the decor super interesting, but that doesn't affect the rating for me at all. I just mention it in case you're really into cars or if you really hate them for some reason so seeing the walls decorated with car photos would send you into some kind of panic.

Also as with any business Downtown, you may have to walk instead of parking...

Wow! Tiny, tiny little place but, wow! The food is excellent and the vibe is friendly. If you love bacon, you'll love it here! Be careful, though, because this diner is right smack-dab next to another diner..."Strawberry Diner" and the food at that place is...uh...well, let's just say that you're better off at Colby Diner! The prices are crazy inexpensive for the quality of food that you get. I am sad because I live in Tacoma and that's about 60 miles away from this fantastic little...

Omg me and my wife stopped by yesterday. For somebody who has very bad PTSD from military. This place I felt welcomed and loved. The energy was fantastic. The food was amazing. Mr Mike pancakes are touched by an old southern grandmother. The coffee was top tier. I would be back almost every sat. The sweet lady greets you with a smile. This place is amazing. They are doing business right and not only me and my wife will be back I’m telling everybody about this...
