Wow one of the worst purchases of my life. I will preface this by saying that the in-store employees and selections of appliances are both wonderful. It is with their customer service and support that became an almost four week nightmare. I initially purchased an open box Whirlpool Dishwasher which was in mint condition. Somehow during delivery it was so damaged that the appliances wasn't even brought to my home. Called customer service simply to have this purchase refunded and I was told to wait 24 hours so the return could be processed with the delivery company. Took repeated calls to customer service when this never occurred repeatedly asking for my money to get refunded. The last straw was speaking with someone who was barely speaking English that there would be no refunds as their records showed that the delivery had taken place! After screaming at this person that I was not hiding a broken dishwasher in our home I was given another number to call. Finally reached someone who was able to contact the independent delivery company who verified my account and my payment was returned. Went back to the Best Buy Outlet and picked out another great KitchenAid dishwasher. Paid for 5 year service plan, installation and a haul away of our old machine. Several days later received the new machine but the install could be completed as the machine was missing the KitchenAid drain hose. Install crew tried their best to try to use hoses from the old dishwasher and the generic dishwasher install kit without success. I was told to go pick up the needed hose at the Outlet store and they would return to complete the installation. Needless to say the staff at the BEST BUY store said they did not have drain hoses and I would need to contact customer service to have them order the correct part and send another installer. Second Best Buy Geek Squad service man asked me to meet at my home and said yes looks like I needed new hoses. He of course also had no appropriate hoses himself to solve this issue. I told him the hoses had been ordered already once but he indicated he wanted to ensure that they would arrive an so ordered them again. Another installation was again scheduled for late in the week. Needless to say again nothing ever arrived at my home and when I contacted customer service I was told that no hoses had been ordered according to their computers. I was then told that I should go to another different Best Buy store that had the hoses in stock for my installation. However when I arrived for the pickup I immediately saw that the hoses left for me was the generic installation kit THAT DID NOT WORK WITH MY MACHINE. I was given two phone numbers to call to try to order the parts directly from KitchenAid. Contacted Geek Squad customer service and after much time listening to Best Buy music on hold was told that no a hose kit with three hoses was coming to our home via FedEx. I was then instructed to cancel my installation and make a new appointment when the hoses finally came. I called the Appliances Delivery and Instation phone number and told them I wanted this dishwasher out out of my home immediately. I was told no it would take an additional week to have this done. Finally after much more discussion another rep agreed to finally have the dishwasher picked up in three days. I promised everyone I spoke to at this company that I would NEVER purchase anything at Best Buy again and given their deplorable and incompetent services should not even be in business. LET MY EXPERIENCE BE YOUR WARNING OF THE SERVICE YOU WILL RECEIVE IF ANYTHING NEEDS THE HELP OF THEIR SO-CALLED...

Bought a TV over a week ago (July 2nd), told them due to its size I would have to return that Saturday with a truck to pick it up. They agreed and “arranged” for pickup on the 6th. I go to Best Buy with the truck on the 6th and they had failed to mention when we bought it that they’re closed Fri-Sun. Upset, I called Best Buy and they arranged to have it delivered on the 9th. I was then hung up on. When I called back, there was no evidence of it being arranged for the 9th but the guy said he could do it for the 12th. Upset, I agreed, but I was still hung up on. With no confirmation of a delivery or date.

Still upset, I decided to go to the store on the 8th, this past Monday. Surprise, surprise, they’re “closed” with a sign that said they would be closed until the 11th due to a “power outage” (all the lights inside were on and no one else in the plaza had issues). I come back on the 11th, and they’re STILL closed, with the same sign still up. It was a group of us pissed off at the front of the store, including a couple which had driven 1.5 hours from Pennsylvania to pick up their product.

Now extremely upset, I call Best Buy back. They give me the same exact run around and say they can schedule the delivery for the TV for the 19th. I get transferred, put on hold, and hung up on again. Throughout this whole process I never received an email or phone call regarding my purchase, not even an apology. At this point I’m ready to call my lawyer. I paid $1k cash for a TV that is being held hostage from me by a store that refuses to open and keep getting lied to about and hung up on from representatives as well. This store is a huge scam, and definitely not worth visiting. Whoever’s in charge should be ashamed and I can’t imagine this place lasting long before it shuts down. They will definitely be hearing from me the second they come out from hiding because this is thievery at its best.

Update: their reply was just as scripted and useless as I expected. Probably AI spewing out the same reply for anyone giving a bad review. They tell you to message them on social media platforms (unprofessional) yet NEVER answer (no surprise). Again, avoid this place at all cost. If (and when) they mess up they won’t even bother to reach out to you to apologize or do...

I hardly ever go out of my way to leave a negative review but this location earned it. I consider myself an experienced shopper as I normally l purchase 20-30 major electronic devices a year on average for business and personal reasons. My first negative experience was buying a dishwasher from this location. During Covid when appliances were not readily available I decided to stop by and find something quickly. I hesitantly purchased a dishwasher but it seemed as if it was used for quite a long time. When I asked how long it was used I was told that everything they sell is either display or returns that are not greater than 14-30 days. After installing the dishwasher and turning it on it proceeded to leak sewer smelling water through the pump everywhere. Upon further checking with the manufacturer this appliance had a repair history that started a little over three years prior to the date I purchased it at Best Buy. I took it back and asked to talk with a manager and to return the dishwasher. The manager didn’t even want to come out of her office at first, and when she finally did she had horrible altitude from the very beginning. As someone who’s extremely reasonable and understanding I interacted with nothing but kindness, a smile and calm demeanor hoping to come to a reasonable outcome. But the location manager was flat out rude and claimed there is no way the dishwasher is 3 years old. Second time I was at the store asking the only employee I could find 20 some minutes after entering the store about buying an appliance. The employee proceeded to put his palm in my face and pointed at his phone as he was talking to his “bro”. Third time I placed an online order for pickup. I get a confirmation a few hours later saying that my order is ready for pickup. I get to the store and they cannot locate the product I had ordered. I didn’t even bother asking for the manager knowing how badly she interacts with people. I wasted a couple of hours going to this store only for them to not be able to locate my order. All in all they might have a few decent deals but the staff and especially the woman who manages/supervises this store clearly lack basic manners and run this store poorly and completely subpar compared to other...

We found that YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE, you're routed to a call center who told us today was our last day to return so we dropped what we were doing and drove it back to Marlton. When we arrived we were told by the manager we were 2 days outside of the return period but if we bought Best Buy+ for $40 we could exchange the product, even when we told him customer service told us today was the last day and we dropped what we were doing to return it. When we got the electric dryer home, there was lint all inside the lint area and the drum was broken! We were told it was in "Excellent" condition, new and only in the store because of scratches on the exterior which is why they can't sell it in a normal Best Buy. I really tried through chat and phone for them to make this right but they told me I had to go back to Marlton for compensation and to get a new product and they would not connect me to the store directly. We spent $650 on this dryer, went through all of this. I just found it on sale $799 new, delivered, installed and they will haul away your old dryer. MORAL OF THE REVIEW: SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS AND BUY IT NEW!!!

This place is a legitimate tech dream. Each visit you can find different treasures and the staff are incredibly well informed and helpful. From high end TVs to refrigerators, they have a little something for everyone. It is worth visiting a couple of times because as an outlet, the inventory often changes significantly. With the outlet discount you won’t believe what you end up picking up to take home.

I would give them a 1 star but prices were great. They delivered the wrong refrigerator, so I didn't notice until they left( it was the larger version of our purchase). it was a nightmare trying to get it through our doors. And trying to get them to rectify the situation., since no one answers the phone at the store . We finally turned to HQ, it took them a week to figure it out.

I would give them a 1 star but prices were great. They delivered the wrong refrigerator, so I didn't notice until they left( it was the larger version of our purchase). it was a nightmare trying to get it through our doors. And trying to get them to rectify the situation., since no one answers the phone at the store . We finally turned to HQ, it took them a week to figure it out.
