I have been coming to Nail Garden since 2021. Up until that point, I had been a nail biter all my life. I managed to kick the habit during the early pandemic and had some fun painting my nails at home. Eventually I found myself in need of a mani/pedi for a wedding I was in as a bridesmaid. Where I had lived previously, you could just walk in to your preferred salon and usually they'd be able to take you, or tell you to come back in an hour when someone was available. Around here, it seemed that everywhere I tried was appointment only and I wasn't having much luck finding an appointment that worked with my schedule.
Enter Nail Garden! Not only do they take walk ins, but you can also schedule appointments online or via their app. This is very convenient for someone like me, whose days off aren't always the same, and who hates the phone. :)
The atmosphere at Nail Garden is laid back, busy but not super crowded or rushed, and the salon is clean. There's something for everyone, from basic manis to more elaborate nail designs. Prices are reasonable and they do occasionally run specials.
Tina always takes good care of me. She listens to what I want but also gives good feedback about what she thinks will be fun or look best for me. Honestly, my nails have never looked better. I would recommend Tina and The Nail...
Read moreThis was my 2nd time coming here, my first experience wasn’t bad, they did a decent good job with my gel nail. So I made another appt with a different lady this time named Lee, and got the gel mani & pedi. I’m not sure how they sterilize all the tools they use etc, but I remember when she was doing my feet, she seemed to be digging in the tool up in my cuticle areas, and felt slightly uncomfortable. Then we went ahead to do my gel mani after, and again when it was time to take out my cuticles, digging in all parts of my finger, no oil no nothing so I can feel everything. Anyways, thought she did a decent job with my gel mani and went home. A few days later earlier this week, I started to feel pain with one of my left middle finger, and it was slightly red, I didn’t think much of it thinking I just had like skin that ripped off or something, and waited for a few more days. Now it has swollen up and was filled with pus, and realized my finger is infected. I’ve never had my finger infected like this before, I’m in my third trimester pregnant and I thought she’ll be a little more gentle with any tools around sensitive areas, and sterilize properly. But, it seems like the place is not as clean as it seems. Not sure if I want to take a chance now and...
Read moreTerrible customer service! Spoke with Tiffany who I scheduled over the phone with. I scheduled an appt for my sister and I. No problem. My sister got sick and could not make her appointment. I called to let them know an hour and a half before. They tell me there will be a cancellation fee which they never told me about. They never asked for a card of file so, she said she was going to “Text the invoice”. I was NEVER made aware of any cancellation policy. She states it was emailed. However, once I booked I never check the spam email I give to all stores, etc… The cancellation policy is something everyone should be made aware of upfront at time of. booking. She goes on to say it’s on the website…again, if someone finds you on Google and calls you on the phone to book, why would I go check their website? Smh. I’m leaving for my destination wedding in two days, and this Tiffany was so rude, continuously repeating it’s on their site and an email, but never mentioning it to ME! Beware! They wanted to charge $100 for the appointments. Being that she was rude and insistent, I cancelled mine too! Make sure people know your cancelation policy when booking...
