I had a fantastic experience with the Fairburn TSC, especially with Lisa and Andy. At first there was a hiccup regarding my online order, but they both bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of and really went above and beyond. I had never shopped here before, but I will be doing a lot of shopping here from now on, especially as we are completely overhauling our backyard. I need some power tools, equipment, and supplies for this and TSC will be my first (and likely only) stop to get these.
Itās easy to feel like a number ordering something to pickup, but they truly made me feel like I was valued and cared about my experience. Andy was super helpful in providing advice on specific tools as Iām fairly inexperienced and he patiently helped me in loading a very heavy and bulky item into my vehicle, right before closing as I was late getting to the store that evening.
All I can say is that Iām so happy to have this store here, especially given the quality of the employees. I could go elsewhere or even to a closer TSC, but I wonāt because this store is...

I wrote a review about Producer's Pride layer pellets I bought there, and how the product was full of feed dust and more like scratch feed than pellets. Someone from Tractor Supply did contact me shortly saying they'd like to talk to me, but they never did. They claimed they tried to call me one time, but I asked them to call me back and gave them several times, and alternately offered to call them back. Crickets. I sent them 4 unanswered emails, and there were multiple people in cc on all of these emails. Very unprofessional of them to not even acknowledge my emails.
I did contact TSC customer service directly myself to report on this, and they said they would document my issue, but I have not heard a single thing back. Extremely unprofessional, and definitely shows they have no comprehension of customer service...

I arrived at 10:30am stood in line for over 40 min just to be told they werenāt taking anymore people. I politely took my dog to the car because every detour is not a bad detour. When I took my dog to the car I went back in to use the restroom and noticed that the lady that was two people behind me that was also initially turned away was getting her dog seen about. That made me extremely upset. I spoke to the vet Ms. Carpenter and explained how unfair that was and she didnāt show any compassion for her wrong doing nothing but excuses.
