If I could give this place a 0 star rating..the customer service is terrible. First of all 2/3 of the workers walked out of the store as we were coming in. Me and my mother went in because we are new customers and were trying to port over our numbers and etc. The lady in the inside with piercings on her lip had no customer service whatsoever and seemed as if she didnāt want to do her job. My brother instructed me and my mother on what to do when we got there because he works for T-Mobile Corporate and said that theyāll help us with that. She had a slight attitude and when we told her we needed to port over our numbers she asked why my brother didnāt do it for usš. As we were trying to call Xfinity and figure things out ourselves she moved from the table we were sitting at with her and moved to a different table as if we were getting on her nerves or something and that was very rude. That caused us to leave and go to a different location. You all need to hire new representatives at this location because they do not want to do their jobs and have little to know customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store disrespects seniors and people with disabilities. Generally, agents are sarcastic, argumentative and verbally combative, which made me feel nervous for my safety. I also witnessed verbal disrespect done to another senior customer, today. Although it is a relaxed and lackadaisical working environment, it is not conducive and professional to transacting business. Every contact I had with this store and the one in Fayette Pavilion have been met with gross incompetence, rudeness, and unprofessionalism, so much so that I felt compelled to file a complaint. I know that customers are not always right, but they are the reason T-Mobile is in business. It is also obvious to me that T-Mobile only hire a certain age of employees because I have not seen anyone over 55. Customer relations is my forte, so I am not interested in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis t-mobile is one of the worst ones I have went to so far. I came in a few days ago to try to upgrade my phone to an iphone 15. the young girl helping me out, jamiah, i believe had a nasty attitude. she started to help me, told me they had the phone, went to the back, and minutes later came back telling me they didnāt have it. that part was confusing to me because she said they had a safe that needed ten minutes to open but she was only gone for 4-6 minutes. so how could she have accessed a safe that takes 10 minutes to open. i honestly feel like she didnāt want to help me out even though i didnāt approach her with any type of attitude. she also kept pushing more lines on me, trying to get me to get wifi that i donāt need. i usually love t-mobile as iāve been with them for years, but this location has rotten...
