Cute clothing but not many sizes - you would be lucky if you found your size in a piece of clothing you liked. Most workers were nice, but one lady was rudely commented on my friends size, saying clothing wouldn’t fit her before she tried it on. We aren’t young, but we aren’t adults and we were told that we shouldn’t come on the day we did because it was crowded and “there were other people who ACTUALLY wanted to buy things” - as if we weren’t going to buy things we were holding. As many other people in the dressing rooms took 10-20 minutes, after we had been in for 2 we were told that we needed to hurry up because there was a line while we were actively trying on clothes. We were given rude glares and eye rolls, and my friends were being told every 30 seconds to hurry up after only being in the dressing room for maximum 5 minutes. We were practically forced out, and unlucky for them we bought the things we liked at Ciao Bella from another store - same brand, same color, just different store. I don’t recommend this...

No greeting whatsoever, only 3 people allowed in the store (we were 3) at a time and we all walked around holding several items and no offer to take them and start fitting room. The only time she even looked up was when one of us decided to purchase something. At that point she had no idea the price (item was on the sales floor) and had to call someone to verify. Unprofessional. So much for trying to support small businesses...

I love their jewelry and always find something new and on trend. Their customer service is amazing and they go above and beyond. This is why I shop local....
